Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that can balance the body’s energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and alleviate acute or chronic conditions. It focuses on 26 “safety energy locks” on the body’s energy meridians that can be stimulated in precise combination to unblock stagnation in our organs and restore balance and promote healing.
Cindy Nolte is a Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner and Certified Elementary School teacher with a MA in Education. She combines her knowledge of this ancient practice with her understanding of teaching to lead you and your child through a series of simple Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-help exercises.

As noted above, Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that can balance the body’s energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and alleviate acute or chronic conditions. It focuses on 26 “safety energy locks” on the body’s energy meridians that can be stimulated in precise combination to unblock stagnation in our organs and restore balance and promote healing. In the Self Help Class students learn the foundation of Jin Shin Jyutsu as an ancient Japanese art that flows through all of us. Feel how it can release the tensions which cause various symptoms in the body. In the hands-on Self Help Class students learn the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu to help harmonize their body.
