Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that can balance the body's energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and alleviate acute or chronic conditions. It focuses on 26 "safety energy locks" on the body's energy meridians that can be stimulated in precise combination to unblock stagnation in our organs and restore balance and promote healing.
Cindy Nolte is a Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner and Certified Elementary School teacher. She combines her knowledge of this ancient practice with her understanding of teaching to lead you and your child through a series of simple Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-help exercises.
