Fresh look on Life covers Sussex County and all areas of NJ, NY, and PA and offers something for everybody. There are a number of offerings depending on your need focusing on Reiki, Animal Reiki, and Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, stress management, meditation & Law of Attraction. For those of you not in our coverage area, perhaps distance Reiki or life coaching via teleconference may be for you.
Fresh Look on Life was designed to empower others to take a “fresh look” on their lives. Whether you are a busy professional in need of stress management, struggling with a health issue, want to change a habit, or just want to get to a new understanding of yourself and the world around you, this might be just what you were looking for.
Cindy Nolte, the founder of Fresh Look on Life, has enjoyed living a healthy lifestyle for most of her life. Having reached a high level of achievement in the corporate field and then as an entrepreneur, she wanted to show others how healthy living has a place in anyone’s life. Fresh look on Life encourages an individual to view life with a holistic approach remembering that our body, mind, and spirit are very much connected to one another. It is our intention to help others to create a balance of all three in their life. Reiki is a Japanese system of healing that empowers the individual to heal themselves in these areas. If you feel you have a pretty balanced life, but aspire to get to the next level in your career or are faced with new challenges in your life, why not think about working with a life coach who has exceeded her own goals early in life and enjoyed assisting her former employees to accomplish theirs? I found this interview and was glad to see an athlete give credit to Reiki for healing a life threatening heart condition. Many of us have felt for years that we have been benefiting from what has seemed like a well kept secret. This is just one of many instances where Reiki is becoming much more mainstream and word of its benefits are spreading worldwide.
